Job Description:

We are a growing recruitment firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with experience in website setup and management to join our team. This recruitment role involves managing the full cycle of recruiting tasks, including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews, as well as setting up and maintaining a company website to showcase our services and job openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Post job listings across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Review incoming job applications and screen candidates.
  • Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Organize interview data and maintain candidate records in the HR platform (WorkBright).
  • Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure completion of necessary documentation.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support candidates after hiring by ensuring satisfaction and smooth transitions.
  • Provide support with assignment placements and continued communication.
  • Set up and manage a company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively communicates our services and job openings.
  • Regularly update the website with job listings, company information, and other relevant content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and WorkBright.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com to keep candidate information and workflows organized is a plus.
  • Experience with website setup and management (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms) is required.
  • Knowledge of web design basics and SEO best practices is a plus.
