Remote Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 2-4 hours per day (with potential for full-time once the nursing home is purchased)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a retail-oriented business. This role requires strong writing skills, the ability to summarize meetings, and efficient task management. Initially, the position will be part-time (2-4 hours/day) and may transition into a full-time role once a nursing home is acquired. If the purchase does not proceed, the role will not continue.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and assist with daily operations.
Summarize meetings and track action items.
Manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Assist with retail-related administrative duties.
Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports.
Coordinate schedules and appointments.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Native English speaker with excellent communication and writing skills.
Tech-savvy, proficient in office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Strong organizational and task management skills.
Ability to work New York hours (ET).
Previous experience in administrative or retail-oriented roles is a plus.
Ability to start immediately.
