In this role, you'll handle inbound phone inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls, guiding families through the process of finding quality care for their loved ones. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator with a proven track record in B2C sales and a keen understanding of the unique needs within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound calls and provide personalized support to families seeking home care services.

Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and build lasting client relationships.

Listen attentively to clients concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding of complex family dynamics.

Tailor solutions to meet individual family needs, presenting  Home Cares services with clarity and compassion.

Build trust with clients, guiding them through the decision-making process to close sales effectively.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, with a strong ability to build rapport and close deals.

• Experience in the healthcare or home care industry is highly desirable.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills, with a deep well of empathy and compassion.

• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and understanding.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting client interactions.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
