We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Moving Consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and current clients regarding international relocation services.
• Provide detailed information about our services, procedures, and timelines to address clients needs effectively.
• Assess clients' relocation requirements and tailor recommendations to ensure an optimal moving experience.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes based on clients' needs, providing transparent pricing and options.
• Guide clients through the moving process, including packing, shipping, customs regulations, and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations and company offerings.
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of client moves.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in preparing accurate quotes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the moving/relocation industry is a plus.
