Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Organization: Veteran Non-Profit Organization
Hours: 5-10 hours per week to start, with potential growth to 20-25 hours per week based on performance
Work Hours: Remote, starting at 4 PM South Africa time
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Update and maintain the organizations CRM system with accurate data.
Photo Album Management:
Organize and label digital and physical photo albums.
Administrative Support:
Take and distribute minutes from board meetings.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for various projects.
Research:
Conduct research to support organizational initiatives and decision-making.
Communication:
Make phone calls to stakeholders, donors, or team members as needed.
Maintain professional and courteous communication in all interactions.
Real Estate Support (if required):
Provide assistance with tasks related to the organization's real estate office.
Tech Support:
Use tech-savvy skills to troubleshoot minor issues and streamline processes.
Requirements:
Education: Must have a high school senior certificate or degree.
Experience: Previous administrative 4 years +experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software tools quickly.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection for remote work.
Availability: Must be able to work starting at 4 PM SA time.
