About the Role:
An ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company is seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist with onboarding new clients and expanding outreach. You will be responsible for contacting clinics, hospitals, and schools, setting up meetings, and coordinating initial engagement. A client list will be provided, and you will play a key role in appointment setting, CRM research, admin tasks, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to medical offices, clinics, schools, and hospitals

  • Set up and coordinate meetings and onboarding sessions

  • Research leads using the companys CRM system

  • Support appointment setting and client engagement

  • Assist with admin work and documentation

  • Help identify and research potential new clients

  • Receive training and ongoing support

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

  • Experience in client outreach, onboarding, or medical admin a plus

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
