About the Role:
An ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company is seeking a proactive and organized individual to assist with onboarding new clients and expanding outreach. You will be responsible for contacting clinics, hospitals, and schools, setting up meetings, and coordinating initial engagement. A client list will be provided, and you will play a key role in appointment setting, CRM research, admin tasks, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to medical offices, clinics, schools, and hospitals

Set up and coordinate meetings and onboarding sessions

Research leads using the companys CRM system

Support appointment setting and client engagement

Assist with admin work and documentation

Help identify and research potential new clients

Receive training and ongoing support
Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Experience in client outreach, onboarding, or medical admin a plus
