We are looking for a motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our cutting-edge software that automates accounting for Amazon sellers.

Our platform simplifies financial management by seamlessly integrating with QuickBooks and Xero, providing real-time inventory tracking, daily sales and profit calculations, and detailed analytics for every item, category, and seller. As the SaaS Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping Amazon clients streamline their accounting, optimize inventory management, and gain unparalleled financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential Amazon sellers who would benefit from automated accounting and inventory tracking solutions. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand the unique pain points of Amazon sellers and demonstrate how our software addresses challenges like real-time inventory tracking, accurate sales calculations, and profit analytics.

Product Demos:

  • Conduct tailored software demonstrations to showcase features, including syncing sales, fees, settlements, and inventory to accounting platforms like QuickBooks and Xero.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and identifying upselling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback, refine messaging, and ensure the platform addresses customer needs effectively.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay informed about eCommerce trends, Amazons marketplace ecosystem, and competitors to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue growth, pipeline health, and customer acquisition cost, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the eCommerce or accounting software sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex features into clear client benefits.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and an ability to address client pain points effectively.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales management software.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management, accounting principles, or eCommerce operations.
