Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for clients accurately and on time
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for clients
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Stay current on industry changes and updates to payroll laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn new payroll software
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive data
  • Willingness to work full-time US hours
