Our client, a payroll outsourcing company, is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Customer specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong aptitude for numbers, and the ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for clients accurately and on time
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Stay current on industry changes and updates to payroll laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn new payroll software
- Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive data
- Willingness to work full-time US hours
