Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication skills, the ability to conduct training sessions, and a strong eye for detail. The role requires outstanding typing accuracy and speed (50 WPM with 100% accuracy) and the flexibility to work various hours and days as needed. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the remote team effectively, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members.

Monitor and maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all tasks.

Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data and generate reports, including pivot tables and data analysis.

Multi-task effectively while handling various team and administrative responsibilities.

Maintain clear communication with the team and management through email, chat, and video calls.

Adapt to changing schedules and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and shifts.
