Were seeking a detail oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator and vector workflows to help turn concepts into production ready art for screen printed apparel. You'll work within prebuilt templates yet bring fresh creative vision to every project, ensuring each design is both eye-catching and press friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine vector artwork in Illustrator for Tshirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

• Adapt existing templates, adding original creative elements while preserving brand guidelines.

• Prepare accurate color separations, sizing, and placement files for screen printing.

• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot print challenges and optimize artwork for different fabrics and inks.

• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Must Have Qualifications

• Proven proficiency with Adobe Illustrator; portfolio demonstrating vector artwork for apparel or similar products.

• Solid understanding of screen printing processes (spot colors, underbases, halftones).

• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout; ability to enhance templated designs with original flair.

• Excellent communication and file organization skills.
