Our client is a global online TV streaming platform offering seamless access to hundreds of live channels across news, sports, entertainment, and more all from one simple interface. With no hardware, contracts, or hassle, we make live TV available anywhere, anytime, on any device.

We are looking for a motivated and personable Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and partners who want to learn more, subscribe, or integrate their platform into their entertainment experience.

South African Time: 6 PM 3 AM shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via chat, email, phone, and contact forms from individuals, resellers, and partners.

  • Understand customer needs and present suitable subscription packages, features, or partnerships.

  • Guide users through the signup and onboarding process.

  • Provide information on pricing, channel line-ups, and supported devices.

  • Follow up with trial users and leads to drive conversions and reduce churn.

  • Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium plans or reseller benefits.

  • Accurately maintain CRM records and log communication with potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the support and technical team to resolve customer questions or concerns.

  • Share customer insights to improve marketing messaging and onboarding experiences.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or subscription-based sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining how a streaming service works across devices.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).

  • A positive, persuasive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely across different time zones.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in IPTV, OTT, or digital media.

  • Experience working in a remote, global sales team.

  • Familiarity with online payment systems and digital onboarding.
