Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 10-15 Amazon accounts, ensuring the success and growth of each account. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can act as the primary point of contact for our clients and coordinate with various divisions to meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the voice of the client to the agency, ensuring their needs and goals are effectively communicated and met.
- Account Oversight: Manage 10-15 Amazon accounts, taking full responsibility for their success and performance.
- Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all divisions, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor account performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Strategic Growth: Develop a deep understanding of each account, creating and implementing growth plans and strategies to drive account success.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts or similar roles in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, including Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using various tools and software related to e-commerce and account management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
