Personal Assistant (Remote, 3 PM - 11pm)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and possesses exceptional time management skills. This role requires a professional with strong scheduling experience, outstanding communication abilities, and excellent written English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Ensure seamless communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records with attention to confidentiality.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide timely reminders and follow-ups to keep tasks and projects on track.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven scheduling experience and ability to manage multiple calendars.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, MS Office, scheduling software, CRM tools).
- Outstanding English communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-level professionals.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
- Background in international or remote team collaboration.
