SEO Project Manager  (half day)

Overview: A dynamic coaching firm located in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help expand its offerings, client base, and revenue. The Project Manager will conduct a comprehensive review of all existing offerings and assets, identifying strategic opportunities to increase impact and drive sustainable growth. Initially starting with a 20 hour week moving into potential full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to clarify and set goals around the firms strategic direction and priorities.
  • Oversee social media content, strategy, and performance metrics; implement improvements to boost engagement and enhance SEO.
  • Expand marketing reach through diverse channels such as articles, podcasts, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct a thorough review and refinement of core business service offerings (coaching, mastermind groups, and training programs). Develop strategies and actionable plans to achieve defined goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand offerings tailored to educational institutions, forging partnerships and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Manage the transition of ProductiveU from a free WhatsApp group to a paid subscription on a new, yet-to-be-identified platform.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase passive income streams, including funnels, books, eBooks, planners, online courses, and other digital products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the coaching, education, or personal development sectors.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and experience managing digital transitions is a plus.
