Amazon Listing Director

US-based full service Amazon agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Listing Director to join our team. The Amazon Listing Director will be ultimately responsible for creating and managing product listings on the Amazon platform. Your primary role will be to manage the members of the listing team remotely, delegating tasks, ensuring timely and accurate performance, and assuming full responsibility for the quality of the end result.

This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage the launch and optimization of product listings on the Amazon platform (Seller and Vendor).

Review all listing content prior to submitting to Amazon to ensure accuracy, relevance, compliance, and quality.

Assist with troubleshooting listing issues.

Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.

Serve as the POC for all listing related matters both for the clients and for the internal team.

Communicate with clients via email and video calls.

Collaborate with the team via multiple platforms, including CRM software, email, project management software, video calls, and more.

Report on listing work done on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

Proactively work on improving processes within the listing department to increase efficiency and output.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon product listings and optimizing for search rankings and conversions.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Corporate demeanor and professional home work environment.

  • Mother-tongue English.

  • Working knowledge of MS Suite, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Dropbox, and ability to quickly learn new software.
