Account Manager E-commerce Marketing Agency (Remote)
We are a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in helping e-commerce brands scale and thrive online. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our internal operations team.

What You'll Do:

Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients.

Lead and participate in regular client calls to understand needs, priorities, and goals.

Translate client feedback and action items into clear instructions for the internal team.

Work closely with operations, creative, and marketing specialists to ensure tasks are completed on time and to spec.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by consistently providing value and communication.
What Were Looking For:

Agency experience is required ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.

Clear and professional communication skills both written and verbal.

Proactive mindset you anticipate client needs and move projects forward without waiting to be asked.

Familiarity with digital marketing services such as email marketing, paid ads, content strategy, and/or Shopify is a plus.

Experience with tools like Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, ClickUp, or similar platforms.

E-commerce experience or familiarity with working with DTC brands is a plus, but not a must.
