Media Buyer - Social Media Strategist


As a Media Buyer for our client, you will be directly responsible for the strategy, implementation, iteration, analysis, and success of all advertising channels and systems for our clients profit center.

This includes the following:

  • Strategize and plan advertising systems for various products/services under the organisations umbrella
  • Develop and implement advertisements, funnels, and systems to ensure the success of advertising programs
  • Design, build, and test variants of sales funnels
  • Write, iterate, and test variants of sales page copy, email copy, and ad copy
  • Design and/or strategize the development of creative with the organisations team and design service providers


Objective

  • Achieve greater than a 1:3+ ROAS ratio across Facebook, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok and other advertising platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Ideate, strategize, plan, execute and optimize comprehensive advertising systems, funnels, media plans, and campaigns
  • Build, launch, test, and iterate ad campaigns across Facebook, Youtube, Google, AdRoll, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and iterate campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, ensuring KPIs and benchmarks are met in both short and long-term
  • Write ad copy, sales page copy, and support email copy for full funnel solutions
  • Work with operations and sales counterparts to build marketing and media strategies for new products/services
  • Interview customers and target personas to build comprehensive marketing workbooks and copywriting cheatsheets
  • Conduct competitive research and "funnel hack" strategies implemented by competitors
  • Work with executive team for new product/service releases as well as offer development
  • Build and monitor reporting dashboards using Hyros and internal tools on Google Data Studio
  • Build automations using Zapier and CRMs (GHL) to streamline funnel strategies


Daily Tasks

  • Analyze ad performance across all accounts
  • Develop new media buying campaign strategies
  • Communicate with executive teams for video creative requirements
  • Work with video editor to communicate the message of video content for ad channels
  • Work with design agency to customize/develop graphics for ad campaigns
  • Consult with team on new marketing strategies to implement
  • Coach and consult clients on their marketing strategies/campaigns (part of our coaching program)
  • Conduct asset reviews for clients on advertising strategies/campaigns (part of our coaching program)
  • Build, test and optimize sales funnels for internal/external use
  • Write, test and optimize ad copy, sales page copy, and email copy
  • Build dashboards/reports for advertising analysis
  • Strategize with profit center leaders on client acquisition strategies for new products/services
  • Participate in executive/team meetings
  • Build resources and assets to be used in marketing assets
  • Develop training initiatives and lessons to assist team members, clients, and also to be used as lead generation strategies


Key Performance Indicators

  • 1:3 minimum ROAS across all channels
  • CPL <$30, CPAppt <$250, CPA <$1500


Experience

  • Experience managing budgets of $25k/mo for a single business. 4+ years experience in Facebook, Google Search, and 2+ Years in TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of sales funnels: particularly challenge funnels, VSL funnels, and self-liquidating funnels
  • Proven experience profitably driving high-volume lead generation customer acquisition funnels
  • Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
  • Expertise with Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
  • Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with Hyros, GoHighlevel, Zapier, and Clickfunnels is a plus 
  • Working Hours 3pm to 11pm..
