Were a fast-growing eCommerce startup looking for a talented individual to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, youll provide exceptional service while also contributing to our brands voice through social media management or blog writing. You will play a key role in both customer satisfaction and content creation for our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
Assist customers with their inquiries via email.
Provide phone support for customers a few hours each day.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Social Media Management or Blog Writing:
Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging posts that resonate with our audience.
Blog Writing: Write well-crafted, SEO-optimized blog posts that attract traffic and enhance brand visibility.
You will be expected to either manage social media or write blog posts, depending on your expertise.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience is required in either customer support, social media management, or blog writing.
Exceptional English Skills: Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills for customer support and content creation.
Availability to work U.S. hours (4pm - 1am Eastern Time, Monday through Friday).
Ability to provide past work examples (social media management or blog writing).
