Medical Receptionist - Customer Service (Remote)
Position: Medical Receptionist - Customer Service
Location: Remote (must reside in South Africa)
Client: US-based healthcare company
Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule nursing shifts efficiently and accurately.
Handle administrative tasks related to nursing schedules and client communication.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or medical reception is preferred.

Laptop Specifications:
Age: Must be less than 6 years old.
Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (Windows S Mode and Chromebooks are NOT acceptable).
Processor: Minimum 3 GHz CPU.
Memory: Minimum 16GB RAM.
Internet Connection: Stable and strong Wi-Fi connection.
Own Equipment: Must provide a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
Additional Information:
This is a fully remote position, and applicants must reside in South Africa. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
