Position Type: Full-time (4pm-12am)

Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration of nursing homes into our system. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct training sessions for administrators of nursing homes, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions with nursing home administrators to familiarize them with our system. Training sessions typically last around 20 minutes per building, and you will need to adapt your approach based on different models.
  2. Clear Communication: Communicate with professionalism and clarity, to ensure a professional and effective training experience.
  3. Onboarding Support: Assist nursing home administrators in understanding their role in the onboarding process. Walk them through bill review and other processes that involve their participation.
  4. Schedule Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate training sessions with nursing home administrators, ensuring their availability and providing guidance on what to expect.
  5. High-Level Interaction: Possess the ability to engage and converse with high-level professionals, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
  6. Tech Savvy: Demonstrate strong tech-savvy skills, as you will be working with our system and helping administrators navigate through it.
  7. Additional Tasks: During periods of downtime, you may be assigned other tasks related to the onboarding process or related activities.

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • A clear and articulate speaking style with minimal accent, preferably more American.
  • Flexibility in adapting training approaches to different models and nursing homes.
  • Strong tech-savvy skills to navigate and demonstrate the use of our system.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with high-level professionals.
  • Full-time availability during US hours.
