We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon E-Commerce Inventory & Purchasing Specialist to manage inventory planning and purchasing across multiple product brands. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, forecasting inventory requirements, placing purchase orders with suppliers, coordinating inventory shipments to Amazon, and ensuring product listings remain active and adequately stocked. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end inventory process, working with a diverse range of products while maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple brands and product lines.
- Forecast stock requirements and determine reorder quantities.
- Place and track purchase orders with suppliers.
- Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Monitor product listings and ensure inventory availability.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory performance to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Amazon e-commerce, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with inventory forecasting and stock planning.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
