Inventory & eCommerce Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory & eCommerce Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and can manage large amounts of repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory catalogue management, stock reordering, updating products within internal systems and eCommerce platforms, and maintaining accurate product information and databases. The role also requires someone who can identify discrepancies or issues and confidently liaise directly with brands or suppliers to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory catalogues and product databases
- Process stock reorders and monitor inventory levels
- Upload and manage products on eCommerce platforms
- Ensure pricing, stock levels, descriptions, and product information are accurate
- Liaise directly with brands and suppliers to resolve stock or product-related issues
- Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Create and improve Excel templates and tracking documents where needed
- Prepare reports related to inventory, stock movement, and product performance
- Perform repetitive administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Support the operations team with general inventory and eCommerce administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory administration, catalogue management, eCommerce support, or a similar role
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and spreadsheet management
- Comfortable working with databases and repetitive data-entry processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Confident communicating with suppliers and brands when necessary
- Experience within FMCG, retail, beauty, or personal care products is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 PM (South African time)
- Friday: Half day
