Remote Order Processing Administrator

Remote Position | US Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA time

Our client in the customized jewellery industry is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organised Order Processing Administrator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and can manage large, customised orders with accuracy and efficiency.

As the products are highly customised, orders require manual review and processing rather than automated handling. Attention to detail and accuracy are therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume customer orders accurately
• Review customised jewellery orders and ensure all item specifications are captured correctly
• Handle large orders where each unit may contain different customised details
• Verify order information, quantities, product variations, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records and update order statuses within internal systems
• Communicate with internal teams regarding order queries or discrepancies
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently within required timelines
• Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous order processing, administration, or data capturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable working with large and complex customised orders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience within e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or customised products would be advantageous
