Recruiter/ Intake Specialist

ABA Company – Multiple Remote Positions

We are recruiting experienced South African professionals to join a growing US-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company.

Positions available:

• ABA Recruiter – Recruit and screen qualified ABA professionals for US-based roles.
• Case Manager – Coordinate client cases, communicate with families and clinical teams, and ensure services run smoothly.
• Intake Specialist – Handle new client inquiries, collect information, and coordinate the intake process.
• Medical Biller – Process ABA claims, insurance billing, authorizations, and follow up on outstanding claims.
• ABA Coordinator – Coordinate schedules, providers, clients, and day-to-day ABA operations.

Requirements:

• Previous US ABA experience is essential
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with US-based teams and systems
• Reliable, stable work history
• Remote working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM South Africa time

Ideal candidates: Professionals who have previously worked for a US ABA provider, behavioral health company, therapy practice, or healthcare organization.
