Part-Time Sales Representative & Onboarding Specialist (20 Hours/Week | US Business Hours)

Hours: Anytime from 5pm(SA time) onward 

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part Time Sales Representative & Onboarding Specialist to support two growing businesses. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) working during US business hours, with approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to each business.

Responsibilities:

• Contact therapists who have expressed interest through Facebook and Instagram.
• Introduce our platform and help therapists create profiles to connect with potential employers.
• Ask basic qualification and preference questions.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process in a supportive, non-sales-focused manner.
• Reach out to business owners and vendors interested in expanding their online presence.
• Explain the benefits of joining and help vendors get started.
• Conduct follow-up conversations and assist with onboarding.

• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and updating CRM records
• Reliable availability during US business hours
