Shipping Coordinator

Shipping Coordinator (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our remote team full-time.

Responsibilities include:
Handling freight and shipping logistics
Managing shipping dates and tracking deliveries
Using the AMT ERP system (experience with AMT is a strong advantage)
Preparing and sending invoices after shipping
Communicating with suppliers in China for order and shipment follow-ups

Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with shipping/logistics coordination
ERP system experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Working Hours: 3PM – 11PM SA Time (EST Hours)
