A successful candidate will be not only an accomplished Customer Success

Who You Are
2+ year's experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA or BS degree preferred.
HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
Adaptable to new initiatives
What You'll Do
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
and ensure their success with the platform.
Become a platform expert in providing solutions-based training, consultation,
and support.
Lead online training, reviews, and one-on-one conversations to educate
customers on the features of our platform.
Help manage and maintain how-to guides and customer support resources
within our Help Center.
Maintain an understanding of customers' recruiting and employee placement
strategies.
Collaborate with Onboarding Managers and Support Specialists to ensure a
cohesive customer experience.
Partner with the Account Management team to determine to upsell, cross-sell,
and expansion opportunities.
Serve as an escalation point for customers on key issues.
Represent the voice of the customer and provide feedback to influence future
product roadmaps.
