Position Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive administrator to support our landscaping business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and excellent communication to ensure smooth day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Coordination

    • Assist in picking up and managing landscaping service requests.
    • Handle estimating and scheduling of jobs.
  • Operational Oversight

    • Monitor and oversee the manager's tasks, ensuring timely completion.
    • Provide accountability and follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Administrative Support

    • Work with QuickBooks (QB) for invoicing, billing, and record-keeping (training provided if needed).
    • Maintain accurate records of projects, schedules, and client communications.
  • Communication

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal staff.
    • Draft clear, professional correspondence and updates.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools, scheduling software, and QuickBooks.
  • Initiative: Ability to identify needs and act without constant supervision.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Organizational Strength: Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing.

Working Hours

  • South Africa Standard Time (SAST): 3:00 PM - to full time
  • Flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Training on QuickBooks provided.
