Hr Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives - Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Conduct training and development programs for employees - Create and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits information - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees - Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations - Manage and maintain HRIS system and other HR databases - Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee retention strategies - Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology industry - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR software - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
