About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager, Technology & Data Quality.
The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance data quality processes, collaborate across teams to ensure high standards and manage projects that drive efficiency and compliance. While this role requires project management experience, it is best suited for professionals looking to develop their expertise in managing data quality and technology projects further.
Reporting Line: IT PMO Lead
Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid/ On-site (options vary by location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
Manage dependencies, identify risks, and implement escalation processes as needed
Monitor project progress using tools like Jira and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Data Quality Assurance:
Conduct data quality reviews and analysis to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement
Develop and implement processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of project data across systems
Collaborate with teams to define and execute delivery
- Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and operations, to align on project goals
Facilitate effective communication between teams to drive the resolution of data quality issues
Present findings, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Process Improvement:
Review existing workflows and recommend changes to optimize management processes
Document and standardize data quality practices to ensure consistency across projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within data quality or technology-focused roles
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
Experience in process review and quality assurance frameworks
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies
Russian language proficiency is considered as an advantage
