Systems Administrator — Contract (Remote)

Type: Contract, 4–6 months Location: Fully remote (Central Time hours) Pay: $40–55/hr + Project Completion Bonus

About the Role

We're looking for a Systems Administrator to provide contract coverage for a healthcare team during an extended leave. You'll own day-to-day support of the JIVA care management platform, build out new solutions and configurations, and partner closely with clinical staff to keep things running smoothly.

JIVA experience isn't a common skill set, so we're not requiring it for this contract. If you have a strong Salesforce Administrator background, you should be able to pick up JIVA quickly --- a perk to add this tool to your resume! 

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain the JIVA care management platform
• Build new solutions and configurations within the platform
• Create and configure items in the system for the care team
• Design, drive, and automate workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and care teams in a healthcare environment

What You Bring

• Salesforce Administrator experience (the core transferable skill)
• Strong base system understanding and system automation experience
• Workflow building and automation
• SQL knowledge
• Healthcare experience, ideally working with clinical teams (a plus)
• Ability to build new solutions within a platform independently — no custom development required
• JIVA experience is a bonus, not a requirement

• Schedule: Central Time hours, fully remote
• Occasional Saturday work (rare)
