Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished eCommerce professional who combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will:

  • Create and execute online marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales, attracting new customers, and retaining loyal ones.
  • Partner with leadership to establish plans that align with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage and enhance digital platforms, campaigns, and partnerships to deliver results.
  • Prioritize the customer experience at every step of their interaction with us.
  • Optimize and maintain our eCommerce website (built on WordPress/WooCommerce) and Amazon storefront.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated for maximum effectiveness.
  • Use analytics to assess performance and refine strategies for continued improvement.
  • Collaborate on content initiatives with the eCommerce content manager to align messaging and objectives.
  • Lead internal teams and external contributors, inspiring them to achieve shared success.
  • Stay informed about the latest tools, technologies, and trends in digital commerce and marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading in an eCommerce and direct-to-consumer marketing - preferably showcasing a product from start-up to growth stage.
  • Experience leading teams and working with agencies, creators, and collaborators.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid advertising (Meta, Google), as well as email and SMS campaigns.
  • A proven ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies that drive online sales.
  • Strong skills in analyzing data and applying insights to optimize performance.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset combined with creativity and adaptability.
