With a current team of approximately 20 members, this firm is gearing up for significant growth in the coming year, with plans to expand its team across staff, senior, and manager positions.
About the Role:
We are seeking candidates with robust expertise in financial due diligence, particularly those experienced in transaction-focused services and skilled at evaluating financial stability. This position requires exceptional analytical abilities, immaculate attention to detail, and strong communication skills to engage effectively with executive teams at target companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver detailed financial due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients.
- Conduct interviews with leadership teams of target companies to collect key financial insights.
- Analyze earnings quality, asset strength, and cash flow to assess financial performance.
- Address and resolve technical accounting challenges to ensure accurate reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in financial due diligence with a leading firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, or Grant Thornton).
- CPA designation required.
- Strong curiosity and a drive to uncover the reasons behind the numbers.
- Advanced Excel skills (familiarity with functions like Sumifs, Xlookups, and Pivot Tables is essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Occasional travel availability.
- Preferred: Audit background.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a remote setup, with excellent attention to detail.
