Compensation: $150-160k, bonus eligible, growth potential

What You'll Do:

As the Government Procurement Manager, you will:

• Establish and implement structured, professional procurement practices.
• Analyze purchasing data and lead procurement activities for large-scale government capital projects.
• Deliver cost-effective solutions while ensuring compliance with federal procurement requirements.
• Spearhead negotiations for major project contracts and finalize key agreements.
• Manage supplier onboarding and implementation processes.
• Monitor KPIs, process tenders, and handle all necessary documentation.
• Act as the primary contact for the commercial aspects of projects, collaborating across teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Expertise in Government Projects: Proven experience working on federally funded capital projects, including knowledge of government requirements.
• Educational Foundation: A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strategic Purchasing Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in procurement, with a focus on OEM contracts, construction services, and contract management.
• Procurement Proficiency: Deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle, negotiations, and contract management.
• Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Success in multi-disciplinary teams, solving complex challenges with practical judgment and clear communication.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to interpret data and documentation effectively.
