Web Developer (WordPress, SEO, React/Vue)

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining WordPress websites using themes and page builders

• Customizing WordPress sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Optimizing website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals

• Implementing basic to intermediate technical SEO best practices

• Managing hosting, domains, and deployments

• Troubleshooting frontend issues across browsers and devices

• Integrating third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or APIs

• Working with React or Vue for specific components or web features

• Collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers

• Maintaining clean, organized, and reusable code

Required Skills

• Strong command of WordPress development and customization

• Hands-on experience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, and WP Bakery

• Experience working with major WordPress plugins including Yoast SEO, Rank Math, Contact Form 7, WP Rocket, Updraft, W3 Total Cache, ACF, etc

• Full understanding of on-page and technical SEO

• Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and similar platforms

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery for frontend customization

• Comfortable troubleshooting frontend issues across browsers and devices

• Some experience with React and/or Vue.js
