Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing to build and lead an always-on marketing engine that drives brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and measurable business growth across a national franchise network. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing operator who thrives equally in strategy and execution, bringing consistency, accountability and measurable performance across digital marketing, content, communications and brand initiatives.

Working closely with leadership, franchise members and external agency partners, the successful candidate will oversee marketing execution across social media, email, web, PR and communications channels while helping strengthen internal capabilities over time. This individual is resourceful, data-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy + Execution:

Build and manage an always-on marketing engine across content, social media, email marketing, PR and digital campaigns

Develop and execute marketing plans, communication calendars and content strategies aligned with business objectives

Lead initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, conversion and lead generation across owned channels

Oversee website, social media and digital presence to ensure strong brand consistency and audience engagement

Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, sales and franchise members to support organizational growth and communication initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiencies and bring more execution in-house over time

Performance, Analytics + Reporting:

Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks and baseline metrics across awareness, engagement and lead generation

Own marketing analytics and reporting infrastructure including GA4, dashboards and campaign performance tracking

Monitor and optimize campaign and channel performance based on insights, trends and business goals

Prepare regular reporting, recommendations and ROI analysis for leadership

Franchisee Communications + Enablement

Strengthen franchisee engagement through communication tools, resources and local marketing support

Oversee member-facing communications including newsletters, updates and internal communication cadence

Collaborate with franchise members to share best practices, success stories and marketing opportunities

Support the development of marketing and communication materials for franchise and internal teams

Agency, Vendor + Brand Management

Collaborate with agency partners, freelancers and vendors to support marketing execution and brand alignment

Write, edit and oversee marketing and communication content across digital and internal channels

Support PR, storytelling and communication initiatives that strengthen brand presence and engagement

Skills + Competencies Required 7+ years of progressive marketing experience focused on digital marketing, communications and execution Experience in franchise, multi-location or member-based environments strongly preferred Strong understanding of growth marketing, content strategy and audience engagement Hands-on experience with GA4, analytics, KPI reporting and campaign optimization Experience managing agencies, freelancers and external vendors Strong communication, project management and organizational skills Resourceful, self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with CRM, email marketing and content management platforms Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms preferred

Annual Base Salary + Bonus: $90K + 10% bonus based on KPI performance
