Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Beauty Brand Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence and creating engaging content that reflects our brand's values and vision. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence and help drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
- Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and voice
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our social media presence
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative eye for design and ability to create visually appealing content
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategies
- Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with the latest trends and innovations

Package Details
Compensation & Bonuses
Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
Work Schedule
Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
No weekends required unless preferred
