Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Wellness Coach / Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Online Wellness Coach / Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring their success in our coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized wellness coaching to clients through our online platform, including creating customized fitness plans and nutrition guidance
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, provide support and motivation, and make necessary adjustments to their plans
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, helpful, and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Maintain a deep understanding of our coaching programs and services to effectively answer client questions and provide guidance
- Collaborate with the coaching team to continuously improve our programs and services based on client feedback and industry trends
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research to provide the most relevant and effective coaching to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments
- Act as a brand ambassador for Evolution Sports Group and promote our services to potential clients
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. exercise science, nutrition, health coaching) or equivalent experience
- Certified Health Coach or Personal Trainer preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in wellness coaching or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in using online platforms and technology for coaching and customer support
- Knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles and ability to create customized plans for clients
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities

Package Details
Compensation & Bonuses
Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
Work Schedule
Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
No weekends required unless preferred
