Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Student Support Assistant / Academic Advisor. In this role, you will provide guidance, resources, and academic support to students, helping them stay on track with their educational goals and overall progress. You will assist with scheduling, monitoring student performance, offering encouragement, and ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work comfortably from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic advising and support to student athletes, including course selection, scheduling, and academic goal setting
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide intervention and support as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and parents to develop individualized academic plans for each student
- Assist students with time management and study skills to help them balance their academic and athletic commitments
- Track and report on students' academic performance and progress towards graduation requirements
- Stay up-to-date on academic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with school and NCAA regulations
- Serve as a liaison between the student, school, and coaches to ensure open communication and support for the student's academic success
- Contribute to the development and improvement of academic support programs and resources for student athletes
Qualifications:
-Associates or Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, human services, healthcare support, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in academic advising or student support, preferably in a remote or online setting
- Knowledge of NCAA eligibility and academic requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Passion for helping student athletes achieve their academic and athletic goals

Package Details
Compensation & Bonuses
Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
Work Schedule
Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
No weekends required unless preferred
