EverMind is looking for a Peer Support Worker to add to our team! We partner with residential and long term care facilities to provide wrap around mental health services. We offer competitive pay and zero no-shows due to the population we serve. This will allow you to help those who need it most and maximize your income by increasing your billable hours.

*Location: Boise, ID

*Schedule: Flexible (part-time or full-time; choose your own schedule)

*Pay: $22-30/hr, breakdown as follows:

- $20-26/billable hour

- $12.50/non-billable hour

- Weekly Gas Stipend

- Weekly activities Stipend

This includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, HART homes, and other residential care settings. By partnering with these facilities, we improve collaboration within the care team, provide more accurate diagnosis, and provide the most evidence based mental health treatments. Your caseload is located in assisted living homes. All of your clients are in one place, zero no-shows and no having to drive from one house to the next.

Our Peer Support Workers normally get 35+ billable hours weekly, very little non-billable time or loss of billable hours due to clients not being available!

Stipend for non-billable hours, gas, and activities with clients. Uncommon to have those covered = more money in your pocket!

Ability to work independently, but with the support of a team and strong supervision.

Responsibilities:

Complete assessments, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes

Organized and ensures all documentation is completed within a timely manner

Able to adhere to payor and company standards

Attends regularly scheduled supervisions/staff meetings

Collaborates care with other treatment providers

Complies with HIPAA privacy & practices

Performs other duties assigned or necessary to support the program and/or company

Assess emergency situations, notify supervisor and/or appropriate personnel of actual and potential issues

Maintain a nonjudgmental approach, effective listening, eye contact, professionalism, and positive interactions

Provide consistency and support to promote personal progress and accountability

Qualifications

Certification in peer support from the state of Oregon or Idaho (required)

CPR Certification (preferred)

Ability to pass enhanced IDHW/ORHW background check

Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of car insurance

Ability to work in a community-based setting

Experience utilizing electronic health records (preferred)
