Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a dedicated and motivated Site Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

As a Site Coordinator at Hamilton Aquatics, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the programme, driving high standards of customer service, and maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This position combines leadership, programme coordination, customer engagement, and administrative responsibilities within a dynamic aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership and Delivery
- Lead a team of swim teachers to deliver high‑quality swimming lessons.
- Oversee lesson planning and delivery in alignment with Hamilton Aquatics’ teaching philosophy.
- Monitor lesson outcomes and ensure students progress effectively through the programme.
Site Management and Customer Service
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of your Learn to Swim site.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and encourage long‑term retention.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, escalating matters when needed.
Team Leadership and Development
- Support, mentor, and guide swim teachers to encourage professional growth.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
Administration and Compliance
- Coordinate lesson schedules, attendance tracking, and customer communications.
- Ensure adherence to child protection, health and safety protocols, and site‑specific procedures.
- Maintain accurate administrative and operational records.
Requirements
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience across a range of abilities.
- Proven experience in administration, recruitment, and KPI-driven roles.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, by phone, and via email).
- Experience working within a curriculum-based environment.
- Valid driving licence (subject to Qatar conversion requirements).
Desirable but not essential
- Lifeguard qualification
- Experience teaching adult and child programmes
- Experience within a club setting
