Hamilton Aquatics is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Leader to manage and deliver our Learn to Swim programme in Dubai, UAE. As a Site Leader at Hamilton Aquatics, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of swim teachers to deliver top‑quality lessons to students of all ages and abilities. You’ll be responsible for managing the site effectively, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership and Delivery

  • Lead a team of swim teachers to ensure high‑quality lesson delivery.
  • Oversee lesson planning and implementation in line with Hamilton Aquatics’ teaching philosophy.
  • Monitor lesson effectiveness to ensure students progress successfully through the programme.

Site Management and Customer Service

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Learn to Swim site.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention by delivering outstanding service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating when appropriate.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Mentor and support swim teachers to promote ongoing professional growth.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.

Administration and Compliance

  • Manage lesson scheduling, attendance tracking, and customer communications.
  • Oversee site safety procedures, including adherence to child protection policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with Hamilton Aquatics policies.

Requirements

  • Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching swimmers across a range of abilities.
  • Proven experience in administration, recruitment, and working with KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills (face‑to‑face, phone, and email).
  • Experience working within a curriculum-based environment.
  • Valid driving licence (subject to UAE conversion requirements).

Desirable but not essential:

  • Up‑to‑date lifeguard qualification
  • Experience teaching adult & child programmes
  • Experience within a club setting
