RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacts prospected clients over the phone to generate appointments.
- Handles inbound/outbound appointment scheduling duties.
- Answer incoming calls from potential customers who have been solicited.
- Call potential customers and explain products or services and prices/answer questions from customers.
- Record customers' pertinent information accurately on the system.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers by making outbound calls to initiate appointments
- Perform tasks with dedication, a positive attitude, and a persuasive speech.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Confident and money motivated.
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Appointment Setting or a similar role.
- With at least 6 months of outbound and cold calling experience.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Willing to work on graveyard shifts.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
- Have great Customer Service, and a positive attitude.
- Assertive, motivated to succeed, and self-starter.
- Ability to multitask.
