JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a great experience with recruiting in the Philippine BPO industry? Find and recruit the very best English speakers. The position is open now, and you can start now or when you're available.
If you're currently working, start soon part-time. Then switch to full-time when you're good with the former employer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source BPO candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Recruit people with these skills: Management, Sales, Internet marketing, Accounting, Windows and Apple tech support, and Labor. Later a much wider range of openings will need to be filled.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Perform background checks
- Facilitate the offer process
- Manage onboarding and new hire process. Follow up as a Human Resource person making sure workers are well.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of recruiting and HR experience
- 2+ years working daily with English speakers such as in the BPO industry
- Superb English: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent comprehension of spoken English. You'll vet applicants, especially for verbal comprehension.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Deep understanding of Philippine employment customs, laws, and regulations
