The company specialises in sourcing fresh, quality coffee beans and offers a range of products, including espresso machines, capsules, and coffee beans tailored to meet both individual and business demands. With more than 1,600 vending machines, They deliver over 200 million coffee portions each year, supported by a dedicated 24/7 service team to maintain quality and provide customer support​. They are opening 3 divisions selling coffee in Poland and one of them is the Coffee Vending Solutions division.

Job Opportunity: Head of Sales - Coffee Franchise Solutions

About the Role: In this role, you will have the opportunity to buildshape and lead a field sales team of around 6 sales reps as you drive the expansion of the franchise program. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners and manage ongoing relationships. This is a hands-on position, collaborating directly with the founders to bring their vision to the Polish market. Please note we are looking for hands on sales leaders who have recent experience managing sales teams in the field. This would suit a Field Sales Manager who's looking for a step up in their career. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard franchise partners
  • Build and lead a high-performing field sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
  • Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting their unique franchise solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners
  • The role has the potential to become a Country Manager role as they expand

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in B2B sales, with experience building and managing field sales teams preferably of franchising.
  • Fluent in Polish with strong English skills
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
