Are you ready to join a dynamic parcel logistics company that's setting up in Poland? Our client is transforming how parcels move between Poland and Ukraine, delivering seamless, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions for the C2C and online retail markets.They are looking for a talented Logistics Operations Manager to lead their Warsaw-based team of around a dozen people.

The Role:

As the Logistics Operations Manager, you will lead logistics operations in Poland, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, aligning with company goals.
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to drive growth and competitiveness.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Process Optimisation: Streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Customer Focus: Maintain high service standards and proactively address challenges.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet strategic objectives.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to monitor and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management. Start-up experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Fluent in Polish with good English proficiency.
• Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused mindset.
• Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or related field.
