The offer

  • Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, skype and chat;
  • Maintain partnerships and use every upselling opportunity wisely!
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability;
  • Record specific details & ensure actions taken on each and every case;
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs;
  • Data entry in various platforms;
  • Upselling and cross-selling techniques;
  • Ensure all clients are aware of the company's innovations;
  • Being an ambassador for the company.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and fluency in German communication;
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued!
