The Offer

• Help create a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Opening and closing of cash registers for employees
• Counting cash drawers and daily deposits, resolving deviations
• Assigning employees as needed to ensure smooth F&B operations
• New employee training in F&B operations
• Employees giving recognition and feedback on shifts
• Processing customer inquiries and other issues that occur during shifts
• Receiving and servicing customer orders
• Assisting other employees when help is needed
• Communicating with other supervisors to facilitate smooth shift transitions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in hotels or restaurants will be a plus
• Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Experience in F&B (preferably +2 years)
• Leadership experience is a plus!
