About our Client:

As a customer service advisor for a major international furniture brand, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key ambassador for the brand. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity.

The Offer:

  • Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers during incoming calls.
  • Provide product information and attempt to close sales over the phone.
  • Help customers resolve delivery issues, including tracking shipments, addressing delivery problems, and verifying stock availability.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with account management and software features.
  • Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken French;
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, writing emails, and using social media.
  • Strong team spirit.
