About our Client:
As a customer service advisor for a major international furniture brand, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key ambassador for the brand. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity.
The Offer:
- Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers during incoming calls.
- Provide product information and attempt to close sales over the phone.
- Help customers resolve delivery issues, including tracking shipments, addressing delivery problems, and verifying stock availability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with account management and software features.
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken French;
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills.
- Comfortable with phone calls, writing emails, and using social media.
- Strong team spirit.
