The Offer

  • Provide exceptional customer service in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Manage post-sales requests, track orders, and support sales initiatives.
  • Offer creative solutions and escalate urgent matters when necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy and security of customer information.

Requirements

  • German (C2 level required; native proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum).
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 09:00 to 00:00, including weekends and public holidays.
